Pickup
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Coaches depart on time.
- Check in at the Landline / Air Canada counter inside the terminal. Keep bags with you. The driver loads them onto the coach.
- Wait inside the terminal. Board in front of the main terminal building when called.

Drop-off: In front of the main terminal building.

Pickup
- Go to Terminal 1. The coach boards at Terminal 1 only. Arriving at Terminal 3? Take the free Terminal Link train to Terminal 1 first.
- Collect bags and follow signs for Terminal 1 Arrivals.
- Go down to the Ground Transportation level.
- Follow signs for Ride App Pick Up to Door Q.
- Check in at the Landline / Air Canada counter next to Door Q, 15 minutes before departure.
- Board the coach at Pole P6 outside Door P.
Drop-off: Terminal 1, Ground Transportation level, near Door Q. Collect bags from the coach and check them in with the airline.
